Fossil fuels?? I didn’t know these engines were still running on coal! Hydrocarbons, abiotic in origin, never going to run out. Astonishingly, burning these Hydrocarbons produces some co2 which is essential for plant growth. So plants grow better with more co2 and people eat better with more food.
