No hot summer in the city…
Germany’s Berliner Zeitung reports that this year’s rainy and not so warm summer has taken on toll on Berlin’s public outdoor swimming pools.
Too cool and rainy. Berlin’s public swimming pools have seen low visitor turnout this year in a summer that earlier had been projected to be one of the hottest on record. Symbol image by Grok 3 AI.
20% visitor decline
Due to a cool and rainy summer, Berlin’s outdoor swimming pools have seen a significant drop in visitor numbers, with 300,000 fewer visits compared to the previous year, a decline of 20%.
Early this summer climate alarmists went hysterical as some climate “experts” warned the coming summer would be “hellish” and be among the record hottest, if not the hottest. Instead, it was a rainy one with little heat.
This has negatively impacted revenues and forced the postponement or reduction of planned investments, according to the Berliner Zeitung. Some pools have also stopped heating their water to save on energy costs, resulting in colder temperatures.

Something funny :
In “L’Opinion” a French media, they published an article “A warming planet could induce an Ice Age”.
How is that possible ?
The warmist hypothesis is that CO2 leads temperature so that temperatures can’t decline while CO2 concentration is increasing.
Then, how could it be possible that while CO2 concetration is still increasing, suddenly, in Ice Age could take place ?
They can’t have it right both ways.
The problem is that next winter is predicted to be very very cold … and they have no clue, so they move the goalpost, … again and show who they are.
A bunch of clowns.

Looks like a wading pool, not a place to swim.
Someone has to start, and if one person can do it, everyone can:
“A 37-ton wind turbine was felled on August 9, 2025, in Krummhörn, East Frisia, using several tractors—a dramatic event that was video-recorded and spread widely online, sparking public debate and celebration among critics of wind energy. The landowner claimed a demolition permit had been obtained and stated no environmental damage occurred, as all fluids were drained beforehand. The local authorities were angered by the unconventional method and turned the matter over to police to investigate possible legal violations, while mandating cleanup and land restoration. The incident reflects growing public frustration with renewable energy policies in Germany, especially due to costs and perceived political pressure.”
