US Justice Also Needs To Focus On Fabricated “NASA Climate Dossier” Which Aims To Frame CO2, Citizens

As it emerges the “Russia Affair” was based on a dossier of fabricated, phony data designed to wrongfully criminalize a President, it also has become clear that trace gas CO2 has been similarly set up using a phony climate dossier.

It too was made up – in great part by NASA.

Let’s hope the Department of Justice also pursues the cast of shady figures behind the “climate dossier” and that their “Day of Reckoning” is coming too.

Video explains NASA data forgery

When it comes to data manipulations, no one has worked as tirelessly as Tony Heller in gathering the evidence of all the wrongdoing going on within the US weather Agencies as they collude to rewrite the US temperature history in a manner that reminds us of George Orwell’s 1984.

In his latest video, “John Dillinger – An Early Victim Of Climate Change“, Tony Heller illustrates how global weather extremes were far worse in the 1930s than they are today, but are being deleted by NASA.

In his video, Heller, an expert software engineer, explains how we should think that scientists would want to try to understand why the weather back in 1934 went so off the rails as unprecedented drought ravaged the globe. However, today’s scientists are instead rewriting the data in order to cover up the extreme events of 1930s.

Straight out of Orwell’s Ministry of Truth”

For example, 1934 used to be the hottest year recorded in the US, hotter than 1998. But NASA scientists tampered with the data and made 1934 much cooler while fudging the 1998 data to be warmer (8:19 mark).

“They turned cooling into warming,” Heller says. “This is straight out of Orwell’s Ministry of Truth, rewriting the past.”

Why is this being done? Heller firmly believes that at NASA, it has everything to do with propaganda, and nothing to do with science.

“These people are not scientists; they’re propagandists pretending to be scientists, Heller says. “Actual scientists want to understand the past, not rewrite it.”

Running a racket

So blatant and rampant are the data alterations and history rewritings that Heller is compelled to compare the involved NASA scientists to 1930s Chicago gangsters. “We just have a different type of gangsters now. They dress in white lab coats, but basically they’re running the same racket,” says Heller.

Critics have been pointing out and documenting the known data alterations for years, so now is as good a time as any for the Department of Justice to investigate the data racket currently going on at NASA. Scientists are not above the law.

Tony Heller is doing a very good job. I have seen many of his videos. In my opinion he has the right attitude and approach to the subject, being logical and using real facts, along with a lot of historical newspaper articles.

It would be good to see a place where the newspaper articles are available for download.

“It would be good to see a place where the newspaper articles are available for download.”

he hides no source of his information on his site. If you go to Tony’s site at https://realclimatescience.com/ you will see under the newspaper piece just where the newspaper articles are available. However note that Tony in one of his Heartland videos did express that for some of those snippets he’s had to sign-up and pay for their use.

I believe he pays for access and use of articles from —
      https://timesmachine.nytimes.com ,
      https://newspapers.com/papers/
      https://newspaperarchive.com/us/

Most of the Australian newspaper pieces are freely available at https://trove.nla.gov.au/newspaper/ , however the search engine there is quite basic, and as I found out, you have to be quite inventive to find what you are looking for.

Thankfully there are hundreds more site to choose from, just about everywhere on the planet where people publish newspapers and kept them archived.

I have long followed and admired Tony Heller’s dedicated rooting out of official spoliation of the historical records. I hope he has cited at least one leading violation of federal law, and that the DOJ gets cracking on it. GISS personnel, so far as they altered the record with new data, have committed a federal crime under 18 USC 2071.

Section 2071 of Title 18 of the U.S. Code sets out the elements of the crime of manipulating or falsifying government records. Under it, an official custodian of any record on filed in any public office of the United States who willfully and unlawfully mutilates, obliterates, or falsifies such a record has violated the statute and shall be fined or imprisoned for up to three years under it, or both. Generally, a felony is defined as a crime calling for imprisonment in a penitentiary for more than one year. Here is the statute’s language:

    18 U.S. Code § 2071 – Concealment, removal, or mutilation generally

    (a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

    (b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.

Good call Mr Anderson. Unfortunately, we live in such interesting times that anybody’s life would become miserable upon taking on these state mandarins. The New Zealand Climate Science Coalition had a crack at questioning NIWA’s blatantly modified New Zealand temperature record, but the judge, who happened to have invested in carbon credit forestry, decided against their complaint with a fudged ruling. The coalition was threatened with “costs” should they appeal. The message was; don’t even try – we’ve got the courts sewn up.

Sounds like a blatant abuse of power.

Those who should recuse themselves don’t, those who shouldn’t, do.

  4. BoyfromTotteham

So why has no one been prosecuted under this law? Because of a lack of litigants, or willing prosecutors, or what? It certainly doesn’t appear to be due to a lack of evidence of wrongdoing!

    1. Yonason

Neither Obama nor Democrats were interested in the law, unless they could misapply it to their political opponents. That’s why they never prosecuted something they supported so wholeheartedly.

Now Trump is in charge, but he’s busy dealing with various other more immediate threats to our republic. I think he’ll get to that in his second term, but his priorities now have to be dealing with the most serious threats first, like rebuilding our economy and military, the assault on our borders, Democrats falsely accusing him of crimes which they themselves commit all the time, investigating and charging criminal deep state ideologues, etc., etc.

There’s so much to fix, and not everything can be done at once. We’ll get to it, G-d willing.

(IN CONTRAST) – But in the U.K.? I fear Boris is clueless, and may ultimately be a spectacular failure, since he wants to reduce CO2 emissions to zero (time = 1:28 – 1:42, here)…
      https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/9579851/boris-johnsons-cabinet-first-meeting-new-prime-minister/

He’ll NEVER be able to “…unleash the productive power of the whole U.K….” (1:00 – 1:06) by subscribing to such monumentally stupid and destructive policy.

Still, if Boris is able to extricate the U.K. from the EU fascists, his failure on the economic front may be corrected by others (or even him, if he wakes up).

Who knows? Maybe he’s pulling a Trump, and pretending to agree with stupid CO2 policy in order to get Brexit, and when he does he can then fix the CO2 mistake he “now realizes” is counter productive. Time will tell.

      1. tom0mason

        Yonason
Hopefully it’s so — time and policy changes will tell.
IMO the really tough part is untangling the UK’s justice system from the machinations of the EU’s ECJ and the ‘Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU)’ that interprets EU law to ensure it’s application is identical across all EU countries. The UK needs to retain those parts that allow international co-operation and compliance, while removing all aspects of law that impinge on national sovereignty. Probably new agreements will be needed.

        1. Patrick healy

Yes Yonason, I hope for my grandchildren sake you are right.
At 77 plus vat I will not live to see a Boris Damascus.
Mind you Mrs Thatcher died remorseful that she had unleashed the global warming monster, so we can only live in hope.

          1. Yonason

            @Patrick healy

The UK should eliminate the faux green monster, and you should live to see it.

The smarmy NASA scientists are guilty of thought crimes, it’s a crime they think at all. Idiots.

Somebody needs to start rounding up those so-called scientists at NASA and place them in a re-education camp, some serious remediation is necessary.

Have ten centimeter tall block type badges that read ‘IDIOT’ and force the NASA idiots to where them at all times, you will know them by their name and title, which are the same. lol

    Arbeit Macht Frei

First they came for the idiots, but I wasn’t an idiot, so I didn’t speak up. No need to, idiots have to be the first to go. lol

The just desserts are humble pie and crow. Forever.

A bookmark, Mr. Peabody’s WABAC machine at work.

“When one thinks of the lies and betrayals of those years, the cynical abandonment of one ally after another, the imbecile optimism of the Tory press, the flat refusal to believe that the dictators meant war, even when they shouted it from the house-tops, the inability of the moneyed class to see anything wrong whatever in concentration camps, ghettos, massacres and undeclared wars, one is driven to feel that moral decadence played its part as well as mere stupidity. By 1937 or thereabouts it was not possible to be in doubt about the nature of the Fascist régimes. But the lords of property had decided that Fascism was on their side and they were willing to swallow the most stinking evils so long as their property remained secure. In their clumsy way they were playing the game of Machiavelli, of ‘political realism’, of ‘ anything is right which advances the cause of the Party’ — the Party in this case, of course, being the Conservative Party.” – George Orwell, Who are the War Criminals?

If you’re gonna go all Orwellian, more is better.

‘Who controls the past,’ ran the Party slogan, ‘controls the future: who controls the present controls the past.’

You can even change the weather from a hundred years ago right now over at NASA. Amazing stuff right there.

Must be channeling Greta Thunborg or AOC, one of the two, each with their witch’s brew, what could possibly go wrong?

    It’s magic. Yeah, right.

Scary, surreal, statist nightmare from hell is what it all is.

Off the top of my head, I remember having sent essentially my previous notice of the statutory violation to my own congresspeople, senators, key party leaders, commkittee chairpeople Senate and House science committees, to the DOJ, the EPA, the Commerce Department, NOAA, NASA, GISS, President Trump’s office, to CFACT, the Heritage Society, Heritage Action, Judicial Watch … and a few others I have lost track of. I got one response with assurance that the respondent would contact a congressional counterpart. Nothing has happened since.

So, I keep posting the above statute anywhere people may be interested in it. As Winston Churchill said, we must keep b…ggering on.
